Oh, spanakopita. If you are a person who likes salt, cheese, spinach, and delicious pastry then this may be the recipe for you. The linked recipe makes little triangles, but you can use a square or a round dish or pre-formed puff pastry shells (from the grocer’s freezer) if you like. The important thing is the spinach. Oh, and do yourself a favor? Add some garlic and chopped onions to the filling. You won’t be sorry. Some recipes use milk and egg, but you don’t need that stuff.
